the price inflation was HORRIBLE $285.00 and not even a free breakfast or coffee and to add the beds were full size not even queen sized beds

The hotel is incredibly beautiful with amazingly kind staff. The room is big and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The location is marvelous with good Wi-Fi available.

Staff was friendly , WiFi was better than most and room was clean.
Size of room was misrepresented. Much smaller than shown on internet. Fold out bed was very small. Electrical outlets in bathroom not working. Were forced to leave rooms at 3:30 AM due to false fire alarm.

I loved the price of the room. The bed was comfortable and not too far from the beach.
There was no hot tub as described. The ceiling was filthy above the shower. Being profiled by being locked out my room without my ID when I gave personal info to get another key.

The hotel has a great and convenient location, within walking distance of everything. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Pos 3: the room was beautifully maintained, brand-new, and had nice decor. Pos 4: They offer breakfast, which is a nice addition to the stay.

The location of this brand-new hotel is fantastic, conveniently close to the lobby/restaurant, airport, and nearby malls. The room was spacious with stunning views of the bay. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets. The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly, offering wake-up service and ironing services.

I was offered a room with beautiful views of the bay. The location was great and comfy for Pensacola, short walk to restaurants and other hotels, and Bars. It also was very close to downtown.

It was a nice experience. Everything was great with extremely spacious rooms. The hotel was in a great and convenient location so close to numerous shops and restaurants, and malls. Also, such main attraction as a state college was 2 miles from this venue.
